HOT HATHA

Hot hatha is made up of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Hot Hatha is suitable for beginners to advanced students as the sequence provides for variations for each individual's level of practice. Hot Hatha is designed to relieve stress; balance and strengthen the glandular system, circulation, digestion and nervous system; reverse the aging process; and reshape muscles, tendons and posture. Fresh blood is brought to areas not normally affected and the whole body becomes supple and strong.

HOT HOM

Hot Hom is our very own Hom Yoga series, which is developed based on postures from Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga. Hot Hom is suitable for beginners to advanced students and has all the same benefits as Hot Hatha. Hot Hom adds an element of fun to a physically challenging and intense hot yoga class.  This practice is a cardiovascular session, which will open and strengthen your body from head to toe; increase flexibility and detoxify the body through sweat.

YIN

Yin yoga is a yoga practice, which exercises the tissues of the body in a way unlike any other yoga practice. As we gently stretch connective tissues by holding a yin pose for a long time, the body responds by making the tissues longer and stronger. Yin Yoga works with the deep tissues of the joints to make all of the joints supple whilst opening up channels of energy in the body, which have been blocked. A steady Yin practice will make one healthier, stronger and more flexible. It will improve the flow and balance of energy in the channels of the body and create a genuine sense of wellbeing.
